2026 Stakeholders’ Meeting at Karounwi /Ogunsanmi Ward

Theme: “Infrastructural Development — A Collective Responsibility for Sustainable Growth”

In continuation of the ongoing series of Stakeholders’ Consultative Meetings across the seven wards of Itire–Ikate LCDA, the Year 2026 Budget Consultative Session for Karounwi/Ogunsanmi Ward was successfully held today under the purposeful leadership of Hon. Oluwafemi Odunayo Daniel, Executive Chairman of the Council.

The interactive session, chaired by the Leader of the Legislative Arm, Hon. Agbeyangi Olaoluwa Andrew, provided a participatory platform for residents and stakeholders to make meaningful inputs into the forthcoming fiscal year’s budget. The engagement reflected the administration’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness in governance.

Deliberations at the meeting centered on key developmental priorities such as road rehabilitation, drainage improvement, and community infrastructure enhancement, all aimed at achieving sustainable growth and improving the quality of life for residents of Karounwi/Ogunsanmi Ward.

Notable attendees included Party Leaders, LGA Executives, CDA and CDC representatives, and other distinguished stakeholders, who commended the administration for fostering community participation in the budgetary process.
