Talabi Titilayo Joy is the Head of the ICT Unit and Principal Program Analyst at Itire-Ikate Local Council Development Area (LCDA). With a strong background in computer science with mathematics and a passion for technology, she plays a pivotal role in driving ICT innovations within the council.
