The Executive Chairman of Itire–Ikate Local Council Development Area, Hon. Oluwafemi Daniel Odunayo, on behalf of the government, leaders, and the good people of Itire–Ikate LCDA, expresses deep sorrow over the passing of Hon. Babatunde Awoyelu, a respected former Supervisor for Budget and erstwhile Education Secretary of Surulere Local Government.
