The Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon. Oluwafemi Daniel Odunayo, has welcomed residents into June 2026 with prayers for renewed hope, prosperity and collective progress across the council area.
In his New Month message, the Chairman described June as a “month of possibilities” and urged residents to sustain the spirit of unity and service demonstrated during the recent sanitation exercise. He noted that a cleaner, safer and healthier Itire-Ikate can only be achieved when government and citizens work hand in hand.
“June 2026 presents us with fresh opportunities to build on the gains of the past months,” Hon. Odunayo said. “I pray that this month brings good health to our families, growth to our businesses and peace to every household in Itire and Ikate communities.”
The Chairman reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to infrastructure renewal, environmental sustainability and improved service delivery. He called on residents to remain law-abiding and proactive in supporting council initiatives aimed at improving quality of life.
“May this new month usher in breakthroughs for you and your loved ones. Together, we will make Itire-Ikate a model of service over politics, results over excuses, and people over everything,” he added.
E-Signed,
