The Lagos State Local Government Establishment and Training (LGESTAB&T) has reaffirmed its dedication to enhancing the professional capabilities of its staff. This follows the submission of documents for approval for staff members to pursue further studies, as part of the Personnel Management Board (PMB) approval process.
Representing the Director of LGESTAB&T, Mr. Dele Abiodun, accompanied by Mrs. Jumoke, stated that the organisation recognises its staff as the driving force behind its success and is committed to supporting their academic and professional pursuits.
“The approval of further study is a testament to our dedication to staff development,” Abiodun said.
The Head of Admin and HR, Mrs. Bamidele Omolara, noted that the process covers the 2025/2026 period and represents a new development, providing staff with increased opportunities to enhance their educational careers and improve service delivery.
The Management of Itire-Ikate LCDA, led by Council Manager Mrs. Ajose Esther, praised the staff members for this opportunity and encouraged others to strive for excellence, stating that training and development opportunities would continue to be provided to enhance staff skills and performance.
LGESTAB&T representatives also paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon. Oluwafemi Odunayo Daniel, to brief him on the development. The Mayor commended LGESTAB&T for the initiative and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to staff welfare.
