The Chairperson Mrs. Vivian Odunayo On behalf of the Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) Department, Itire-Ikate Local Council Development Area, is highly honoured to present the first baby of the year delivered at Ejire Primary Health Care Centre. This joyous occasion reflects our commitment to maternal and child health, as well as the dedication of our healthcare workers who continue to provide quality care to our people.
A healthy baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Afeez Sofiat, followed by a beautiful baby girl born to Mr. and Mrs. Grace Nwanma. Gift items and financial support were presented to the nursing mothers. These precious newborns symbolize hope, renewal, and God’s abundant blessings for our community.
We congratulate the parents of the newborn and assure them of the continued support of the Itire Ikate LCDA Administration. This presentation symbolizes hope, new beginnings, and the Council’s unwavering focus on the welfare of women, children, and families across our community.
