The Executive Chairman of Itire–Ikate LCDA, Hon. Oluwafemi Daniel Odunayo, today received in audience the General Manager of the Lagos Home Ownership Mortgage Scheme (Lagos HOMS), Mr. Bayo Forsythe, who paid a courtesy visit to his office. The meeting provided a platform for strategic discussions focused on expanding access to affordable housing for residents within the LCDA.
During the engagement, both leaders reviewed ongoing housing initiatives and explored new areas of partnership aimed at ensuring that more Lagosians benefit from the Lagos HOMS platform. Hon. Odunayo reaffirmed the council’s unwavering commitment to supporting state-driven programmes that improve the welfare and living conditions of grassroots communities.


In his remarks, Mr. Forsythe commended the Executive Chairman for his visionary leadership and for fostering an environment that encourages development-focused collaborations. He expressed the readiness of Lagos HOMS to deepen its cooperation with the LCDA in the interest of enhancing housing accessibility for residents.
